Gary and his wife, Judy, have been avid gardeners for over forty years. With the overwhelming onslaught of toxin infested foods in the supermarkets they sought out healthy organic alternatives. GMOs and the rampant use of glyphosate pesticides, like Round-Up, forced them
to investigate and utilize the best pure organic methods available.
After years of successful gardening they now want to share their
experiences and help others eat healthy and stay healthy by simply using
safe, age old gardening techniques devoid of harmful chemical
pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
Gary also has a passion for electronics. At the age of thirteen Gary earned his first Amateur Radio license and has progressed to the highest level as Amateur Extra class. Building and repairing just about every type of electronic equipment over the past fifty years he has enjoyed more than three decades as an avionics supervisor and tech for three major airlines. To top it off, he spent nearly the last decade as a television broadcast engineer tasked with repairing, upgrading and maintaining everything from cameras to the high power transmitter. Now that Gary is retired, he continues to engage in the digital technologies of his Amateur Radio hobby. Lastly, his passion for all things electronic stems from a mentoring Junior High School teacher who helped him form the foundation of his long and satisfying career. Now he says it’s time to give back to the community and help children of all ages foster a passion for learning electronics.
